「The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff seemed distracted, but polite. I will stay again when in the area.」

「Room was very clean even when we had to switch rooms because we clogged the toilet oops. The breakfast might not have been the freshest but otherwise everyone was super friendly!」

「First room assigned had not been cleaned. Had food and trash, along with cigarette butts and smoke (in a non-smoking room). I understand that the misuse of the room was not management's fault, but that of the prior occupants. However, there should have been protocols in place to insure that rooms are cleaned and noted as such before new guests arrive. The front desk person was very apologetic and noticeably frustrated that this occurred, and when she told another staff member it was shrugged...
