「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「Nice room and food stay. I stayed in the single and it has ample room. The kitchen area is small but was just fine for my needs. The shower is a standup. I love the larger hot tub. I don’t use the other amenities. The one complaint was parking was constantly full in my building which was by the member building. So I had to park farther away and carry heavy things over multiple trips each time. Staff was nice and helpful.」
