「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. 「Checked in on a Saturday. Asked for fresh towels and washcloths on Sunday morning. Got back late Sunday and never received them. I had to go get them. Since cleaning is every other day, I didn't say anything on Monday morning. Got back late Monday and housekeeping never showed up again. Went and got my own towels and washcloths again. I was told housekeeping supervisor would contact me Tuesday and that housekeeping would definitely clean on Tuesday. Guess what...still no housekeeping when we got...

「The property and hotel were nice. We had a noon checkout time and had the maids knocking on our door at 8:45am wanting in to clean. They then stood outside the door in the hallway until we were out. Also they started cleaning/putting away the breakfast items before they were supposed to. Front desk just said they would notify management. Not ok in my book.」
