「Good location」

「The staff were very uncooperative and didn't clean our room once. We were there for 6 days and we asked more than once to clean them but they just ignored our request and left our rooms uncleaned. We were very disappointed that they neglected to clean our rooms even after asking them multiple times. We had no fresh towels we had to ask for and we left the notice on the door handle to clean our rooms and they still did not. They said they wrote it down on their board to have the cleaners...

「Nice place to say with attentive staff, good quality bed and clean rooms. It is an older small town motel, so the walls, stairs etc. show their age. The town is cute and nice for a walk around. Had a great sleep and everything looked clean. Only oddity was have only one towel for two travellers. I'm sure we could have asked for another, but wasn't that important to us. I'd stay again.」

「This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. It is a nice location with easy access from the highway. The breakfast was fine but they seemed a little short staffed when we were there... we had to ask for some hot foods to be refilled. The staff was apologetic and very friendly.」

「Staff very good and friendly. room old and bed/bedding substandard. Pillows unuseable (too thick, hard...not condusive to sleep. TV selection and screen poor. Breakfast was OK (not buffet due to a 'pow wow' filling the hotel (their words not mine) and although there appeared no pressure from 6 to 8 am still got cold scrambled eggs (only option). Place needs work.」
