「Left over garbage in the room from previous stays, dust on pillows, and AC unit was not working. Woke up at 1:13 AM, called front desk and the I was told by a male guest service member that he would call me back once he contacted maintenance. Never called me back. In the morning, I reported it to the front desk and the staff didn't seem to be bothered. Grease on the wall. I took several photos but will email them directly to the manager to give them a chance to improve..」
