"This hotel looks like it is undergoing renovations. My family had 3 rooms and they were big and roomy. The only issue we had was that only one room had a fridge in it. One nice thing that we noticed about this hotel, even thought we didn't need this service, was that they had washers & dryers on our floor. The rooms were a great price and the continental breakfast was very good. "

"Perfect for us since we were going to an event at the Palmer center. It’s an older hotel that’s had some updates but walls are still very thin and you can hear your neighbors. Loved the Happy Hour and breakfast. "

My only concern was that I was charged incorrectly at checkout and told that it would take 5-7 days to give me my money back, “depending on my bank” which seemed to imply this was my fault. I don’t know why they couldn’t charge me correctly in the first place, it wasn’t a complicated stay with lots of charges. Otherwise, very happy."
