Several reasons not to return to the hotel: -Nobody came to tend to our room -The shower water pressure was horrible -In the shower we had an empty bottle of body wash…something that would be discovered if the room was properly attended to -Charging $100 for late check out of two hours is pathetic ...

Pointe at Castle Hill Resort
Staff was friendly and professional. Disappointed in housekeeping. Bathroom trash was not emptied, facial tissue box was empty. Why was the TV unplug; took some time to figure out why it was not functioning.

I can show pictures of the unit that was very different than described. I paid extra for a Mountain View for 3 nights - and it was not Mountain View. We were in a different building at the bottom of the hill a 8 min freeezing cold and icy walk to the pool area.
