「The staff were helpful and friendly but there was a mix up with our booking. First night all details were there - 3nights paid for. Next morning still fine. By the evening our keys didn't work and were told the booking was for 1 day so housekeeping hadn't been in! But it was all dealt with without any fuss. Other than that the hotel was clean, modern and gets a mention on the trolley bus tour!」

「The internet connection was the worst Ive encountered. When reported, front desk said nothing he could do about weak signal and shrugged us off. The four of us were unable to use it.
