"My daughter and I stayed at the Grand Cayman Marriott from August 30th to September 3rd, and we had a wonderful experience.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly pleasant, warm, welcoming, and helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, there was a genuine friendliness that made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The housekeeping team in particular was lovely.
We also really enjoyed the food at the hotel. We had some very good meals during our stay, and breakfast was tasty and served promptly. We ordered room service a few times as well, and our meals arrived surprisingly quickly.
The pool area was lovely, and I have to give a special shout-out to the hot tub — it was AMAZING! It was genuinely hot and absolutely perfect for relaxing.
It was also wonderful to see the newly refurbished beachfront. Having the beach back really adds to the overall experience and makes the pool and beach area a beautiful place to spend time.
We were there during what seemed to be a quieter period, with the hotel not being particularly busy, which actually made the stay feel very relaxed. Despite the quieter season, everything was efficient and ran smoothly, and service was consistently prompt.
