"The hotel is in a wonderful location. Its very nice and quiet, and the tram line and U'ban and S'ban, are also just outside the hotel, with easy access to town centre and other places. The hotel is very clean and the staff were all very helpful. Food options are many, with several restaurants on site and there are a few supermarkets next to the hotel and a Burger King across the road, so all in all, a great place. We had a a lot of fun and will definitely be coming back soon."

"Good, clean, and comfortable hostel but the shower situation was unfortunate. There are 3 bathrooms in the whole place for all guests to use, so they can’t be locked from the inside, and the showers are only closed with a curtain. While showering I had an entire family coming in and out of the bathroom to use the toilet which felt invasive and uncomfortable, especially as they left the door to the hallway wide open. There are technically two showers per bathroom, but unless you are VERY open minded, there is only one since there is no division between them. Just one big room with two shower heads. The check in situation was also odd. There is no real reception area, just a number to call upon arrival. They also don’t offer female-only dorms, which wasn’t a problem for me but I know is a dealbreaker for some solo female travelers. On the plus side - Clean rooms, the beds were very comfortable and have curtains, the location is a charming and safe area, and everyone I met was friendly."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfy with a variety of different pillows. Check-in was a self-service tablet which failed and wasted everybody's time. The hotel was mostly quiet at night other than a bit of banging from the room above. The hotel rooms are air conditioned however the temperature is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted individually. The room was still too warm for me to sleep on the first night and they do not provide fans. The staff were efficient however and the room was cleaned every day. The hotel is very close to a large shopping mall with everything from Aldi, fashion shops and a Media Markt which was handy because I needed a power bank. It also has a food court. The train station is also very close by with multiple train connections and an underground station on the U8 line which provides quick and easy access to Alexanderplatz where many of the main attractions are situated, with quick transport connections to the rest of the city and beyond."
