"Clean room, comfortable beds "

"Meh, it's okay, nicely appointed hotel overall and room. however, our room smelt a little dank. It could have been clearer, I one of those wackos who pay attention to detail and dust on lights and baseboards is sign that cleanliness is average. It's a higher end hotel for the area , so there should be expectation of excellence they should strive to for. Also, no dress code staff is required to adhere to, it's apparent at check-in, friendly, but whatever they want to wear that day is what you'll see greeting you. I'm all for being and expressing who you are, but at work, there should be a level of professionalism any good hotel would want to showcase. The valet and bar staff are good to go and also friendly. Parking is not available on site, but there is a fee based parking garage a block away. "

"Old dirty carpets, walked in to the window open and the heater unplugged so the room was cold. Only half the lights worked, no toilet paper in the bathroom had to ask for some. Workmen-ship on the bathroom remodel unfinished and sloppy. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it to others. "

"Tiles were broken in bathroom and pool area Hot tub edges were sharp and my child cut themselves. There were dark brown spots on the trim edges in the bathroom. Front desk associate was in her personal phone speaking very loud and vulgar. Other guests around our room were very inconsiderate of night time "

"The bathroom was full of hair, I had to disinfect it myself. My son and I tried to go purchase cookware around 5:30, and was told someone would bring it to the room. No one ever came and there were no staff to assist on site. "

"The pool wasnt up and running which was TERRIBLE because that one the only request by our large group of 12 people! "

"Was under construction and terrible. Not sure why it pops up for a place with breakfast included when you have to pay for everything. Parking lot is atrocious. Just all bad"
