"The Braunbar was a great hotel. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and offered many options both hot and cold. The pastries and coffee/tea offered in the lobby was a nice touch. We would stay there again if ever in the area and would highly recommend the hotel to others. The staff were alll very friendly and more than willing to give assistance."

"We had a small but functional room with a balcony with a beautiful Mountain View. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying our lunch and the views. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The free breakfast was a huge perk and delicious! The restaurant also provides dinner with a nice variety menu to chose from. There is a downhill walk to get there from the train station, so that means every time you go to town or train station you are walking back uphill. The staff did provide us with a taxi to the train station on our final day which we much appreciated. We had a wonderful 5 day stay at the Edleweiss. Take a picture of the valley from the backyard. It’s amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The staff at this hotel was warm and welcoming and the manager, after overhearing a minor issue we reported to the desk clerk, intervened and asked us specific questions in order to address and rectify the issue which we appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and the view from our balcony (attached) was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again."

"We highly recommend Hotel Alpenruhe! The staff is super helpful and we were always met with a smile. They went above and beyond to accommodate in many ways! The property was very nice and clean with an unimaginable view! If I ever get the chance to go back to Wengen, Switzerland, I will stay here again! Super stay!"
