The hotel is breathtaking, especially the classical Chinese gardens—peaceful, elegant, and incredibly beautiful. Walking through the grounds feels like stepping into a painting. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and super helpful, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming.
One of the highlights was renting a hanfu dress directly at the hotel. The collection is gorgeous, with so many beautiful styles to choose from, and the service was truly professional—from fitting to styling. It made the entire experience feel authentic and special.

Only had breakfast 3 out of the 7 days but found all hot food and drinks to be tepid/cool which was a shame but the large choice including traditional Chinese foods (some not to my taste like 1/2 a ducks marinated head) was a exceptionally large variety at very low cost - we loved our stay … "
