"Nice hotel for its value and proximity to the airport. This place is great for an overnight stay, not a place for an extended stay. Lastly, this was my first time in Philadelphia and I observed trash all along the highway to the airport…shame on city officials for allowing this. I will not be returning to this city again"

"The room was near the ice maker and the noise from the people using it all throughout the night maybe they could at least put a door on it to quiet the noise a little. The next morning we when down to catch the shuttle at 4:25am. The 4:40 shuttle went right past us and didn’t stop. The 5:00am shuttle stop at 5:05am and then because of the noise of people in front of us talking we didn’t know the B terminal and the C terminal were the same and didn’t get off until the D terminal. It was raining and we had to walk back to C terminal. The driver should have used a load speaker . "

"Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever. Room was dirty, sink was stopped up with water and particulates floating in it. Police had to break somebody’s door down at 3am. Staff aren’t good either. Simply just a trashy hotel."

"Pool was broken! Some of the staff were rude! Never answered the phone at the front desk. Omelette station was good! Parking gates were broken. "

"We chose this hotel because it had an indoor heated pool and this was the only reason we could get our daughter to come in this trip. . When we got here and went to our room 606 it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, the staff was accommodating and switched us immediately to 604. When we went the pool and entered in, staff said pool was closed and we were not allowed to be in there. Staff was great everything else not so much.. "

"I was very mishandled and not at all accommodated for the inconveniences I experienced. My room was not up to standards set at all. I was given a room with dirty glasses, a flooded shower and multiple other problems. When I asked for a room change they moved me to a downgraded room, which was not what I asked for and thought they would give me a partial refund but was sadly mistaken. Overall my stay was not good. "
