「Cosy, welcoming and unique. Very good staff and excellent breakfast. Will definitely return and recommend to friends. Great experience.」

「Great little extras. Lots of choice for breakfast and fab cocktails.!」

「Altogether a splendid experience. Would certainly return when in that part of Norfolk.」

「I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou」

「All good」

「Great place 2 mins walk to the beach Nigel and Simon were very friendly and Simon had 2 of his owls with him, which was a thrill to see!! Room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. My only gripe was £30 additional cost for our small, non malting dogs.」

「Acceptable accommodation for a short break and good location from which to explore North Norfolk. Banged my head on low hanging ceiling lights a dozen times in two days, fortunately no damage done. There is definitely room for improvement but wouldn’t want to complain too much as I think hosts are trying to make the best of a less than perfect situation.」

「Sue and Clive have a well deserved good reputation. We wanted an immersive English countryside experience in a 400 year old Inn, and that is what we got. A delicious full English breakfast is included in the room price.」

「A very comfortable stay」

「Excellent place to stay to discover Norfolk, not far from the coast and all amenities. Good sized rooms well maintained and wide choice for breakfast. Great talking to the owners. We had a lovely relaxing time and would thoroughly recommend. When we come back to Norfolk this will be our first choice.」
