Nice room with a great view of ocean from window. Hostess friendly and provided a breakfast in time for us to catch the morning ferry. We had a private bathroom but it was in the hallway. Would stay here again.

Very friendly couple, Janice and Brit, has given us a warm welcome, a delicious breakfast and lovely ideas os restaurants to go and beautiful walks around the stunning landscape of the area. Would definitely recommend the accomodation.

Lovely B&B
We had an amazing stay for our first night in New Zealand! The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, the property was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the shore. Close to town and the airport and walking paths nearby! Would definitely recommend!

This is a comfortable and immaculate B&B in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the ocean. We had our own bathroom and were able to wash clothes. Home-cooked hot breakfast was delicious. The charming hosts are perfectly suited to this type of business.

Wellington B+B.
This room is well equiped and is about 15 minute drive from downtown Wellington. The smaller communities of Miramar and Seatoun are minutes away and have a few nice restaurants. We loved the rugged coastline walks nearby. Nice breakfast cooked to order.

Property was a little hazardous to get to because of the narrow roads, but worth it. The views were great from outside and inside. Gave a time estimate for whe we woud be arriving. We were checked in, went over the room and amenities, as well as access. Easy to pull up to the house and bring our bags in. Rooms are on the first floor. Mini fridge, water boiler, tea or coffee, ironing set, hair dryer, space heater, tv with DVD player and cable available. Loved the lamps by the bedside, adjustable by touch. Bathroom was nice, heated towel rack. Our room was very clean and tidy. The house was clean and tidy. Wish we could have stayed longer.
