"First thing we opened the door. It smelled like cat piss. The carpet was so old and nasty, if you stay make sure to wear water shoes or rubber shoes to walk on the floor. It was that bad. The bathroom sink was blocked up. On for 5 seconds and the bowl is full. The kitchen had a stove that said it was for looks and not to use. The frig was mini and had tape inside the door to hold it together. The microwave that was on the kitchen table didn't open fully cause the table was all warped.i tried to make coffee in the coffeepot but it didn't let water through and all you smelled was burning.So I thought I'll try to make the coffee in the microwave. It took 3 min. Too get the coffee luke warm. The windows were all rotted and screens with big holes in them. So foeget about opening them to air the place out of the smell of cat piss . Cause you don't want to let the mice in while you sleep. The bed was also gross.I went to check for bed bugs.but had a cover over matress . Probably cause they have or had them. Also I saw a cat poop under the bed a couple inches. With crumbs and nasty stuff in the bed trail. You will be better off camping in the campground across the street. Wished I had a tent with. I would have forfeited the 95.00 with tax room.I felt so dirty after I left there. I had to wear water shoes in the shower cause I didn't want to catch anything there. "

"Did not bring a pet and there was a lot of dog barking into the night. Location is nice and the rooms are quaint. Management did respond to my texts, so that was helpful. More a place for gatherings. "

"The property and amenities are beyond what was expected. Very clean and quite. The free breakfast was very good as well. Pool was clean gym in good working order. We will stay here again for sure "

"We arrived to find that they had given our room away and had us wait an hour in the lobby while they tried to figure out what they had done. They eventually gave us a room and sent us on our way. We asked multiple times what the problem was and no one would tell us why we couldn’t get a room or why we had to wait. The manager had to be woken up and drove to the hotel and upon arrival was pissed she was woken up at 8:30 at night and was awful and unpleasant. The room we received had duct tape on the carpet and floor of the bathroom. There were holes under the sink counter. The rooms carpet was discolored and filthy. The bottoms of our socks were black. The next morning we went out to try to swim and the pool was green and nasty. It looked like a swamp. Breakfast wasn’t any better. Soggy wet eggs, stale bread and dry sausage was what we had to choose from for breakfast. I’d stay somewhere else if given the choice. We chose this hotel because the room was bigger than the other hotels but it wasn’t worth the hassle or the uncleanliness of the hotel not to mention the unfriendly and unprofessional staff. They don’t check your ID upon arrival and give away your room and tell you it’s your fault. If this sounds fun stay here. "

"Beautiful hotel. Comphy beds. Clean. Super friendly. If we ever come through here again, this is the only place we’ll stay. "
