「地理位置算便利，整體設施環境都不錯，蠻乾淨的」

「很棒的住宿體驗，房間有小客廳，床墊枕頭很舒服，乾濕分離，有浴缸，還可以在陽台喝咖啡，對面就有電車站和超市，很方便；櫃檯人員很友善有禮貌，早餐吃到飽選擇不少，服務人員也有禮貌。」

「The Service is great during check-in, they accept even 2hours late check-out specially because of my flight at late evening time. The Location is perfect near Station.」

「住宿4人房，房間裝修是新的非常乾淨，附的電扇還是德國名牌，我們中午就到了，飯店人員很好讓我們先入住，飯店住宿位置在老城區的河岸附近，非常好找，且逛街與景點就在旁邊非常好，剛好星期六，河岸登船處廣場早上還有二手市集可以逛逛，有很多物超所值的物品（商品是可以議價）」

「My first time to Zurich. This is a super nice hotel. Park Hyatt never give you disappointment. The check in staff was super friendly. And the room was very comfortable. My best sleep ever in a hotel room. Hotel staff are super friendly. Good location. Cannot find anything I didn’t like about this hotel. 」

「Clean and cozy. Close to the tram station. 5 mins by tram or 20 mins by walk you can get to the train station. A little bit expensive but worth it cause it provides us a lovely start of our Swiss trip. Will come back if go to Zurich again.」
