Slightly aged property, could use some renovations but very clean and staff were great. Really sad that they would charge for parking especially when it’s not a city center hotel and they have a big lot. Also breakfast is a little too expensive however overall I would recommend and stay again

I booked a short trip to see Fall Foliage the second week in November and was very pleased. The area right around the hotel is planted with ginkos and maples that have vibrant colors and the trip from Weinheim to Heidelberg on Route 3 and the local castle park are also nice for fall foliage. Tram 5 stops 100 meters away so you can visit Heidelberg or Mannheim with no parking challenges. The fitness facility is the best of any hotel -- it is actually a large training center for personal trainers completing professional certificate programs. Nice rooms too.

Great clean room at an affordable price. Staff very friendly at check in. I didn't like the shower being in a tub. Refrigerator in room stocked with wine, beer, sodas and water. Instant coffee available in room also

The hotel was fine, about 25 minutes walk from the Altstadt. It was in good condition, although the Aircon in the room didn't work. The room was comfortable apart from the lack of working Aircon, bed was fine and the room contained a fridge for personal use. Nothing special really about the room, a standard hotel room in a reasonable hotel but at a rather inflated price. Parking can be very easily found on the street outside so I wouldn't bother booking parking, and about 100m from the hotel is a team so that will take you not only into the centre but also onto Heidelberg or Mannheim as well. Is seriously consider staying here again if I wanted to visit Heidelberg, it's a lot less trouble than trying to find parking in Heidelberg. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on quality/value for money.

Loved the check in and check out process; although the wifi was a bit spotty, I adjusted and made the best of it. Service was excellent and responsive to my requests. this is a great place to stay if you are in the area.

The Hotel is easy to reach with a car. One night we had the buffet and every morning the breakfast buffet. The food is good and a lot to choose from. The bar has great service. Everyone of the staff was very nice and made us feel welcome. The room was great and clean.

I always assumed a 4 star hotel would have AC, but not at the NH Weinheim. I wouldn’t recommend staying there during the summer especially at 115 euro a day with a ventilator. The hotel is clean with a friendly staff and I would recommend it during the winter months. Invest in AC and I’m sure more people would come to your hotel.

The hotel is a bit old, although some modernisation has been done on the rooms. The staff know this and we got the impression, although they were friendly on the surface, internally they resigning. My wife found the mattress too hard so I asked for a solution: sorry we are full, we cannot offer a softer one, we caanot offer a topper, we cannot offer an additional duvet to use as a topper. Breakfast is available to 10 a.m. At 9 o'clock the staff are preparing tables for lunch as if saying "leave the restaurant, we've got work to do". This is not how I remember nh hotels!

How to waste money...

An absolute disastrous level of service from NH and Hotels.com. Booked via the Hotels.com app. Shuffling through hotel offers, the app changed the set dates, which I only first noticed when receiving the confirmation email. At this point we had 200km left of a 1000km drive and would arrive around 20.00. Calling 1 min after the booking. First I talk to the NH hotline, which says they cannot help me change for the current date - they refer to hotels.com. Calling hotels.com and spending 30 mins on the line and being told to wait, they tell me (I doubt its true) that they spoke to the hotel and that only the hotel can change the booking. Calling back to NH, I am told that if I go to the hotel, they will be able to help and change the booking. After driving the 150km to the hotel, we arrive and they will not help (even though they have vacant rooms). At first I thought they were helping, but they apparently just made a new booking. Even standing at the counter, it cost around 15 euro to cancel the new booking, she just put in the screen..... The hotel has no management at this hour of the day, but cant make decisions without.. There is a minor difference in price on the 2 dates, which I obviously are willing to pay. I have never experienced this lack of service in a hotel. The fact that they their hotline tells us to go there, and then are not willing to help is infuriating. I will never set my foot in a NH hotel again.

bisschen unterbesetzt an der Rezeption lange check inn zeit auf dem zimmer diverse Haare neben dem bett auf dem Nachttisch und beim einchecken wollte er nochmal den Zimmerpreis kassieren obwohl dies schon erledigt war bei Buchung... alles in allem ne zweckdienliche Übernachtung mehr nicht

Séjour magnifique !

Séjour sans problème. Nous y retournerons sans doute lors d’un prochain WE! Idéal lorsqu’on combine une journée à Miramar situé à moins de 5mn en voiture (15mn à pieds). Chambre spacieuse très bien équipée.
