nice hotel

nice hotel. Room was good size, large walk in shower. They have parking that you pay for but there is parking on the street. Is close to the tram line into Heidelberg but the hotel is actually in Eppelheim. Quiet hotel. Nice restaurant attached.

terrible experience, no emphaty by the management

it was a terrible experience that I would never stay in this hotel, I got sick and I had to flight back to my home 1 day before, they did not accept to refund even she saw my face that I was clearly seem not good. The room was terrible and the facility is not worth to stay in this hotel. Heidelberg is a wonderful place to see around but you should choose a better place to stay in.

Wir fanden ein perfektes Zimmer vor mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstück. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig (Entspannung pur), dafür aber ca.10- 15 Minuten Fahrzeit vom Heidelberger Zentrum entfernt. Mit Bahn oder Taxi kein Problem. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Zufahrt zum hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Für ungeübte Fahrer mit größerem PKW recht eng. Dafür stehen an der Straße genügend freie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Falls wir wieder in der Nähe sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall hier einchecken👍❤️
