The staff are wonderful: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, which makes the stay even more special. The location is also perfect - right in the center of Jena, making everything easily accessible. "I did not stay at Domero Hotel. On the day of arrival I was contacted that they would not have a room for me because of construction. They did transfer my reservation to Hotel Schwizer Hof which was around the corner. So this review is for The Hotel Schweizer Hof."

"A lovely hotel, well served every 20 mins by the local bus. NB the evening I was there the restaurant was closed for a rpivate function, which meant walking 20mins or getting the bus back into town to find a restaurant. The hotel pool was nice BUT only open 4-9pm on weekdays. Come on hotel, that's not good enough!"
