"Nice and good hotel in the hills with wineyards outside. Not so english speaking but not so strange since this not is a international tourist place."

"Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet. Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine...

"Es ist ein wunderbarer Platz das Schloss (aufpassen sollte man bei der Buchung nicht in den Plattenbau Sonnenscheibe zu kommen) was von der Inneneinrichtung aber in die Jahre gekommen ist aber dennoch Sauber ist. Was aber gar nicht ging war das Personal (einzelne haben sich dann doch bemüht, wenn man Ihnen klares Feedback gegeben hat, aber insgesamt fehlt es an einer guten Führung und Organisation) Man fühlt sich nicht als wilkommener Gast sondern wird überwacht, dass man keine Minute länger den...
