「Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Technikmuseum und Stadt ist auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sonst ist das Hotel ok. 」

「Es wurde das gebuchte Zimmer nicht gegeben. Mit dem Zusatz „Upgrade“ gab es ein Apartment. Grundsätzlich bei einem Wochenende nicht das große Problem. Aber das Zimmer war komplett verraucht. Mit Familie absolute unangenehm und nicht tragbar. Auf Reklamation wurde nixjz eingegangen und ein Parkplatz angeboten. Angeblich kein Zimmer mehr frei. Am Ende gab es ein Angebot über 20% Nachlass den man aber nicht direkt erhalten hat sondern ich mich (sehr wahrscheinlich) noch streiten darf. Da das Zimmer...
