"I had a big problem getting the key to the room. There was no note or message to explain how to get the key. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. It was a most challenging experience."

"Wonderful expérience ! Fabulous room "

"Lovely hotel. The staff are all friendly, room was very nice and breakfast was great!"

"This is a beautiful old hotel property. It has great bones and the rooms have been updated and modernized nicely. That said, there are some very quirky aspects to the property. Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. This means that there is no one to ask about parking, amenities etc. The second thing is that no one speaks English at all. The cleaning staff was very sweet but could not speak a word. "The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Kiara in particular, she works the front desk, is a pure delight and she herself would be the reason I would visit again. "

"Excellent Hotel in an old Palace. Room was very good and clean. Restaurant food and staff excellent. Hope to stay there again"

"Sehr aufmerksamer Service beim Frühstück. Sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, das mit Sorgfalt angerichtet wurde und viele selbstgemachte Sachen enthielt. "

"Too short a stay to tell."

"A fabulous, "Jugendstil" hotel,Tastefully renovated. Exceptionally friendly service. "

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

"Nice place large room"

"Zimmer sind ok.Sollte man den Wunsch verspüren mal aus dem Fenster zu schauen muss man es vorher öffnen da man sonst nicht so viel zu sehen bekommt. Bei geöffneten Fenster kann man morgens ab 5 Uhr nicht mehr schlafen wegen zunehmenden Berufsverkehr.Frühstück ist bis auf den fehlenden Obst in Ordnung"

"Nice breakfast, pleasant staff and simple clean room."
