Zimmer sauber, aber es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Keinerlei auffindbare Erklärung, wie die Temperatur hätte geregelt werden können. Fernseher leider nur Programme vom ÖRR, mein Sat1/RTL etc, diesen waren alle verschlüsselt. Sehr laut, da Hauptstraße direkt vorm Hotel, nachts ausgaktbar aber Abends wirklich nervig

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Nach mehrmaligen erfolglosen Versuchen direkt auf der Website des Hotels zu buchen, lief im Gegensatz dazu die Buchung und Bezahlung über Expedia schnell und ohne Probleme ab. Überhaupt scheint das Softwaresystem des Hotels nicht sehr robust zu sein. Der digitale Check-in funktionierte halbwegs, jedoch gab es beim Check-out eine Fehlfunktion. Nach Eingabe der Buchungsnummer öffnete sich immer wieder der Check-In Dialog; wir mussten daher über die Hotline auschecken. Leider gab es nur eine Zimmerkarte für 3 Personen, die gleichzeitig zur Freischaltung der Elektrik im Zimmer diente, d.h. man konnte nur zusammen das Zimmer verlassen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten angenehm, das Bad modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte allerdings eine Ablage für Badutensilien, sodass man Zahnbürsten u. a. im Zimmer aufbewahren musste. Besonders belastend war der intensive, beizende Lackgeruch im Zimmer, der trotz Lüften nicht verschwand. Für Menschen mit Atembeschwerden und kleinen Kindern ist das ein echtes Problem. Ein weiteres Problem ist das sichere Verschließen der Zimmereingangstür. Es gibt nirgendwo eine Anleitung dazu. Wir mussten lange probieren, um den Trick herauszufinden, wie es geht. Offenbar hatten andere Gäste dies nicht getan, denn es gab Zimmer, die nicht richtig verschlossen waren. Uns ist dies nur deswegen aufgefallen, weil wir uns im Zimmer geirrt hatten und plötzlich in einem fremden Zimmer standen.
