"Excellent property from check in. Spacious room with great amenities, everything you need. Daily room service was fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parap location is fantastic, shops across the road...bakery is excellent and market on Saturday a must."

"check in was long and no signage to inform guests that you can self check in with the electronic kiosks, meal in the restaurant was horrible and refund provided, Mecure rooms are very noisy and hear everything and everyone in the walkways."

"The hotel facilities are good and the location is great. Our breakfast experience was so bad we actually asked for a refund which was promised but hasn’t materialised. When we asked for the missing eggs, bacon, tomatoes, beans, a working coffee machine and a clean table we were told they were very busy putting glasses out. Oh, no bread either, when some finally arrived it was only white sliced bread."

"It was in need of better maintenance. Very dated and scruffy. Also it was expensive for what we got."
