「I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at Marriott Hotels. For what is supposed to be a higher-end resort experience, the service and cleanliness were far below expectations. I couldn’t even enjoy the water because there were multiple lizards inside, which was shocking and unsanitary.
The food was also disappointing — I ordered a chicken salad by the pool and it was clearly not fresh. My shower looked dirty, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable.
