"Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. As non-smokers, it was something that was immediately noticeable and affected our sleep. The shower was spewing water out of the handle as well as the shower head which caused a lack of shower pressure. Only had warm/hot water if the handle was turned in a certain spot. The food for breakfast was below expectations. The eggs were not a natural color and were afraid to even attempt to eat. Many of the items were gone before 8am and nobody seemed to be restocking."

"While the room was clean and comfortable, one of the basic amenities we expected was complimentary coffee for guests. Most hotels provide courtesy coffee in the lobby or in the rooms, so it was surprising that this hotel did not. It felt like an unnecessary cost-cutting measure that took away from the overall guest experience. Small touches like complimentary coffee can make a big difference in making guests feel welcomed. Unfortunately, this was a letdown, and I hope the hotel considers adding this simple amenity in the future."
