「Overall we Would recommend the pub Staff were very helpful and friendly Breakfast was excellent with good choices There were some timing issues on our first night dining in the restaurant . The area around the pub is picturesque and easy driving distance to Chichester and the coast」

「Room was new so was nice , but was sold to me as air conditioning but was given a fan Which u couldn’t even fell the air coming from it , the room was boiling . No TV areal and couldn’t connect TV to pub wi fi , uses loads of my own Data . Noisy awful singing from the bar downstairs till 2 am , then fighting on the sea front at 4.30 am . Just all in all the worst night we have stayed away」

「This was one of the best Inn's I've stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect, clean, bright and exactly as in the photos. The common areas were so inviting, there was outdoor garden spaces, indoor spaces with comfy seating for curling up with a book. The breakfast was amazing with many choices. I would highly recommend and I'm already try to plan another trip there.」

「Mark and Rich were amazing hosts. Excellent restaurant suggestions. Our room was in the basement at the back and it was cool and quiet. Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it. 「This property is immaculate. The garden was lovely and offers shade and sun. The owner is such a nice gentleman and cannot do enough for the guests. My bedroom was large and comfortable. The shower in the bath was powerful and it makes such a great change to be provided with large bath towels. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! Fresh fruit and juice as well as a choices of cooked options. Id stay here again in a heartbeat.」

「The room needs a lot of maintenance. The door is swollen and almost impossible to open, close and lock. The one window needs to be replaced. The lamp light had to be replaced, as well as the TV.
