Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...

Throughout my stay, every staff member—from housekeeping to concierge—was attentive, professional, and eager to help. They truly make you feel like a valued guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of elegance and modern comfort. Shuttle was also very convenient. Theresa, who helped me with reservations at other Jetwing properties, was amazing. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made planning the rest of my journey in Sri Lanka effortless and enjoyable. "My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food. Very plant atmosphere and servers. It was a perfect place to be that was close to the airport. "
