「Breakfast was fine. Our bathtub had a big area of dried soggy soap residue on the ledge. So I imagine the tub wasn’t cleaned. Never saw the pool. The stairs to the second level in our room was VERY steep. The bed setup was great otherwise to sleep 6. Check out was 10am and our child had a competition until 11am so that was very inconvenient. $75 per hour for late check out. No thanks. I don’t know why they have such an early checkout. We were going to have lunch at their restaurant before...

「We only stayed one night for Valentines Day but the room was very pretty and the dinner at Shovel Handle Pub was phenomenal! Some of the best steak tips I ever had! And the view is lovely as well. We didn't come to ski but if we had, the hotel is at the base of the mountain and would have been perfect. The location is convenient to everything in Jackson.」
