This hotel was perfect for us. When we booked we could tell that it an old school style. Like places that i stayed at as a kid. The pool was perfect for my 2 sons. We played ping pong and had some laughs. Beds were comfy and shower was great. There was a restaurant attached at one end of hotel. We didnt try it but it was busy. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. When i was checking out, i heard someone complaining about little petty stuff. This isn't the Ritz and you certainly don't pay Ritz prices. For the price here, it's worth it.

The room was not horrible, but not very good. The staff was quick to get us out of the office when checking in and put us in a room a long walk away when the place was almost vacant. The ice machine was unplugged, the heat in the room barely worked and I don't think the bedding had been washed for a while. The pillows sucked and the TV was ancient. The Common Man Restaurant was nice to walk to. Other than that, it kind of sucked. Oh, and we sanded the parking lot in the morning, because no one else was going to. I would have paid the extra $150 to stay at our usual place had I known. If all you have is $100, its better than nothing, but not much.

We had a great stay at the Kancamagus Lodge. The individual at the front desk was very nice and it was super easy to check in. The room was spotless and had an amazing view of the south peak of Loon Mountain! The king bed provided extreme comfort. The lodge is within walking distance to many great food and beverage options including Gordis (amazing prime rib), and Common Man. Will definitely be back to the Kancamagus Lodge the next time we're in the area to shred the gnar again!

Very nice hotel, location was excellent, the rooms were clean. It was perfect for what we wanted that was have a restful sleep. The staff was super friendly. The Common Man restaurant in front of the hotel is a must!

No proper cleaning Sevice. They never made bed for the whole time we stayed there, even we requested. We could hear noises from Nextdoor. WiFi didn’t really work.

Excellent. Greta location to The Kanc Highway. I liked the balcony out back. It's kind of dated but I liked the vintage lodge feel. Seemed clean and was comfortable. Restaurant right there that we are at twice for convenience. We would stay again.

Giving this 3-star hotel 5 stars because it is just right for a resting stop on a quick overnight trip. Very clean, great staff..the sauna in the shower was super relaxing. Great budget friendly choice. It’s not first class but if a simple place is what you’re looking for, this is it.

Staff was very friendly, room was basic and clean. Did not know there was no housekeeping until I arrived. Had to empty trash, get towels, make bed, and clean up.

We loved staying here! The room was clean and had all that we needed. We enjoyed the indoor pool and game room. Incredible water pressure. The steam bath was intense in the best way! Plus it was in walking distance of several excellent restaurants. And of course it was super convenient to jump on the Kanc. Highly recommend!!

Rooms are clean, like others say maybe a little dated, that being said the beds were very comfortable. Good water pressure is always a bonus. The only reason i didnt give this place 5 stars is the lack of a microwave in the room....there is one in the office but it opens at 8am which is too late for us going hiking and closes at 9pm so again if we wanted to reheat food or anything later that is not an option. The pool area is nice water is a little cold but we definitely used it after long days of hiking helping our muscle soreness.

Not a fancy hotel, but it was fine for us. It had a private balcony and was quiet. Close to several good restaurants, and 3 minutes from Loon Mountain.

Our stay at Kancamagus Lodge was very pleasant. The room and surroundings were clean, the location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
