「酒店的装修非常艺术化，有个性。 但是酒店的工作人员不够专业。清洁工收拾了房间后，没有及时补充新的物品，比如浴巾，水。前台没有及时提醒我们酒店到停车库的交通路线。 」

「The hotel is very well located in Downtown Norfolk, making it convenient for restaurants, attractions, and exploring the area. The property could benefit from some renovations and updates. The customer service staff were friendly and courteous; however, they were unable to resolve an issue involving a supposed double check-in that appeared in their system when there was actually only one stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again for a couple of nights...

「The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!」

「If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!」

「First the building is extremely old and very dirty looking that it could pass for an abandoned building. When we checked into our room on the first floor, the bedding had blood stains and the bathroom shower door couldn’t open all the way due to the toilet being in the way which was very odd. Once we went back to the desk which by the way had 2 sides for 2 different hotels which was odd. We explained the issue and showed pictures in which we were given another room on the third floor. wanted a...
