You cannot bring your children. No breakfast. No housekeeping or clean towels every day. Very bad crowd. Its okay of grown ups but certainly not okay to bring children.

Pool was closed. Everything was in disrepair. Fire extinguisher was missing from box. Our friends' room didn't even have a latching door. My room was given away when my things were in it. Then instead of moving the other people they tried to give my room to, they took my things and put them in the office. Will never stay here again. What a nightmare.

Wouldnt stay again if it was free
No microwave pool hasnt been in service for a long long time over 7 months the fridge wouldnt stay shut and we only had bottles of water 6 of them so it wasnt over full they did have hot showers but the shower head could use replaced lime build up for sure

I checked in my room at 245pm check was fine. When I came back to my room I went to turn tv on and no battery in remote. Called mgr on duty and he said no batteries no tv for the night. Very rude and inconsiderate. I went to cvs and bought batteries so I could watch tv. I have stayed here two other times and no problem. Will not come back

Only good thing is pets stay free
The room says non-smoking yet the beds smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns on the blanket. The door did not close very easily. I had to push pretty hard to get it to latch, and the deadbolt would not engage. The pool ( as always when I stay here) was closed for maintenance. The remote control would not change the channel on the TV, just controlled the volume and on/off feature. I went to the desk on the second day of my stay to see about getting it fixed. The person was new and didn't know how to help, but said he would consult a coworker who lived on the grounds. Neither person ever got back to me. The only plus is pets stay free. The beds are very hard and there was only soap offered for a shower. This was an emergency family trip for me so I did not pack shampoo so I was out of luck. I also put a bag of trash outside my door on the first day, and it was never collected, so I stuffed it into a garbage can outside the back door. The back door did not close all the way, so security is not that important to this establishment. No microwave or coffee maker in the room - there is a small microwave in the lobby.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was very easy to check in and out. We stayed for one night on our way to a bike event in Langley Illinois. It was a last minute decision and the staff was very accommodating. Thank you!

Homeless tweaker hanging out at the front entrance, suspicious characters lurking in the parking lot(drugs?), a surprise $20 room deposit supposedly refundable, and the pool was broken. Desk person at check-in was difficult to understand. Noises inside and out most of the night. Dirty pillowcases. Smelly pillows. Cigarette burn hole in the bed spread... Pitch a tent in the rain or whatever, but don't stay here!!!

Plastic mattress covers
Bed was great black out curtains awesome.shower hot. Bed was super comfy except for the plastic mattress cover. Sheets wouldn't stay on bed and I sweat from the plastic. I suggest they spend a little more for the waterproof mattress covers that are quilted . The mattress will be protected and sheets will stay on I just took it off and sheets stayed on I was cool and slept great

The hotel looks much better online than reality. It is in really tough condition. The pool has a haze like it hasn’t been functional for a year. My room did not have any linens. The smoke detector beeped all night. There was a dead mouse on one of the wall ways outside that has been there for a long time, can’t believe no one got rid of it.

Doors don’t shut right, the door to use your card on to get back into building didn’t shut, we had a none smoking room the blanket had 2 burnt holes on them. No pictures on walls, no coffee maker, no shampoo or other bathing items , the pool was not working daughter was upset about that ,

BES BUGS
The hotel smells of smoke and mildew, there are questionable people on the premises, in the halls and hanging out in the parking lot and lobby all hours. But the worst part is they have BED BUGS!!! My brother took several videos to show the manager. I also asked her to please come to the room so she could see them herself but she refused. I wanted a refund but she said that she does not have that authority and I would have to speak with the owner. After waiting for 45 minutes she finally got a hold of the Owner. He was extremely rude and informed me they do not have bed bugs and they would not refund my money. I had to argue with him for ten minutes to get corporate’s phone number !

Front desk clerk was A+ but the rest was F.
When we walked in the whole front area smelled of smoke. Walking through it never got better We had two rooms one og the rooms lights did not work and there were cigarette burns on the top blanket. The while room smelled an ashtray. I have 2 chilren that are extremely allergic to smoke

Noisy! Could hear every noise from the hallway to the parking lot. Closed pool due to maintenance but it looked as if nothing was wrong with the pool and this wasn’t a concern of the management.

Ok...
Beds weren't very comfortable, no coffeemaker, microwave.. very few amenities.. lucky thete was an airpot with coffee on the morning and our light over sink bulb burnt out. Good location. An overnight stay was enough any longer not recommended!

Would stay elsewhere.
The male daytime receptionist, slender, Indian-American gentleman was very rude. We asked for help on how to use the TV because the channel buttons didn't work you had to use different buttons and he took it upon himself to close our window and shut our curtains and then say you can't just be pressing all the buttons on a remote like we were uneducated on how to use a TV remote. He was also very unpleasant during check in, nothing unprofessional, but definitely did not seem happy to want to be there or help the guest.

While they did try to update the property corners we’re definitely cut. First room I was given I walked in and it smelled like sewage and the toilet was leaking and had flooded the bathroom. 2nd room was better. Also thought it was crap they charge a 20 dollar deposit for your room keys. The pool is down there’s no coffee and parking is awful. But you get what you pay for and it was a place to rest my head for a night.

No amenities at all. Pool was down for maintance didn't let us know so had packed swim wear. Didn't shovel snow off all sidewalks. Cheap rate but I would pay a little more and stay somewhere with amenities and cleaner. Wifi not even password protected but enforces twenty dollar deposit.

It was not the price they said it was online.i was quoted $50 for a room when I get there I ended up paying $97, and they didn't even give me my deposit back.never staying here again. Worst motel ever!!
