「Great location within walking distance of downtown, with friendly staff. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.」

「Not sure if it’s the area but this hotel seems expensive for what it is especially with the extra local fees added at the hotel! It is in a nice location near the lake and a walkable distance from restaurants. Room was comfortable but no coffee facilities in the room - you have to walk down the corridor to fetch it (not ideal first thing in the morning). The coffee machine there wasn’t brilliant & cold water tap broken. We ate lunch at the cafe in the hotel on a rainy day and it was pretty poor...

「Checking in was fine, and I was able to et a late checkout. The staff was okay except for the "valet service." They never opened a door or greeted me when I entered. When I asked for them to calla taxi, the "valet" wanted to hand me a list of phone numbers, so I used Lyft. I was struggling with my suitcase on the way out. Two "valets" were standing a few feet away, and they didn't move! The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms are bare bones. My room was very small and had no closet...

「非常好的酒店，店内设施很新，有厨房可以做饭，早餐也不错。」

「The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near. But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. 」

「Breakfast was excellent and the service by Christine was excellent! She deserves a great deal of credit for attending to a large variety of food as well as assisting guests. Hotel very clean in both my room and the common areas.」
