The lack of dining options, lack of staff enthusiasm to assist and be informative and the lack of entertainment options was shocking. All inclusive's tend to have all night options for the previously stated. We also tried to book an excursion and the "coms" were down making it really difficult to get it done. 「The room was not as advertised. The room had a mildew stench, it was very hot, the outside AC unit was leaking, and the bathroom was very hot and had no ventilation and it was the only thing updated in the room. There were dings and dents on the floor and on the furniture. There was also a running water noise coming from a closet near the room door. They also arranged an airport pick up who offered us an island tour. We asked how much upfront and she told us don't worry she would give us a deal....
