「When we arrived, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled due to "over booking". I made the reservation 2 months in advance. Never received notice that it had been cancelled. The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all and didn't offer any help or compassion about our reservation being cancelled. 「Staff was very nice but there was a huge noisy group of people there that took over the entire lobby and pool. They were drinking and leaving trash everywhere. None of the other guests could enjoy the amenities because they had completely taken over and the staff was not regulating the situation.」
