「The room was clean, cozy, and inviting. The complimentary bottle of wine to the fireplace and tub made this a room i'd certainly look to book again. The historic building itself was so charming, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. 5 stars 」

「I honestly can’t say enough good about the Capital Hotel. Been staying there for about a year being from out of town having to come to the city for medical reasons and the staff, facility, bar, restaurant is second to none. A facility is only as good as the staff to which what makes Capital Hotel an awesome place to stay. I’d encourage if people are looking for somewhere to stay the Capital should be your first choice. I will not stay anywhere else 」

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」
