「staffs are not nice」

「staff was amazing as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. had a great stay at the jag! 」

「Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分」

「The Monastery hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and cozy. The electric fireplace was on and the room was nice and warm which was appreciated on a snowy night! The spa tub was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast at the Monastery Bistro was delicious. 」

「Parking was on street, and a parking permit was provided. The house was spotless, and absolutely stuffed with antiques and memorabilia! I could have spent all day marveling at the decor 」

「Easy to find. Ultra easy check-in process. Hosts and Staff were very personable and professional. Lovely old character hotel, on a historic street. The King Suite I booked had tons of old style charm, big huge bed; and the amenities of a modern bathroom, Cable TV (Olympics), heating, medium size refrigerator, coffee making and excellent security. Very classy Restaurant right down stairs. And the best pub in town right next door. Many stores, shops and restaurants/bars nearby. Super...

「All Staff members were fabulous. They could have not been any more helpful and accommodating to we stranded travelers during a blizzard, missed flights, and cancelled cruise. Special mention of Gabriel on the front desk. Also, the lovely cleaning lady on Floor 5, she was so sweet. The Manager was very helpful too. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be booking this Hotel when visiting St. John's again. Our thanks to all staff.」
