「Walking inside I was amazed at how beautiful it looked. The service was great. Walked into a very clean and cold room, much appreciated in a hot Florida summer. Tv viewing options were great and the WiFi worked well.
I did not like that the parking was not well lit, I walked in late and walked out early in the morning where there was no sunlight and used my phone as guidance.

「I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.」
「I loved my stay here. It is a 9.8/10. The only thing that would have made it a 10/10 is them providing free breakfast. Then it would be perfect. Otherwise the hotel, cleanliness, aesthetics, and especially the staff were wonderful. The staff was very friendly, respectful, courteous and accommodating. I would definitely stay at the courtyard Marriott Coral Springs again.」
