"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"Sehr schöne Zimmer. Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr sauber! Frühstück wurde im Nebengebäude (Restaurant) angeboten und war völlig ausreichend. Kurzer Fußmarsch in die Altstadt, sehr schöner Weihnachtsmarkt. Wir waren für eine Nacht hier und können das Hôtel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank "

"Verkligen värt en omväg för att bo trevligt i en liten by med vackert landskap. En väldigt trevlig värdinna bra frukostbuffé där man får beställa ägg som man vill ha det. Prisvärt!"

"Kein Zimmerservice,Dusche verstopft, Armaturen kaputt. Bettwäsche hatte den Anschein als wäre die noch vom Vorgast. Kein Aufzug vorhanden. Wir werden das Hotel nicht noch mal buchen. Können wir auch nicht weiter empfehlen. "

"Das zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Leider ist es in einem Haus ausserhalb der Hotelanlage gelegen, so dass man einige Minuten zu Fuss gehen muss. Das personal an der Anmeldung könnte freundlicher sein. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist dagegen super nett und erfüllt nahezu jeden wunsch. "

"Wer keinen Wert auf einen echten Hotelservice legt,ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und wird so abgewirtschaftet. Dusche defekt, Gardinen so lala befestigt. Handtuchwechsel,2 zurück 1 erhalten usw. Das Frühstück,es gab ordentliche Brötchen und 3 Sorten Wurst und Käse,Obst usw."

"First time ever four star hotel and the restaurant is not open fot hotel quests! Couple table were reserved but we have to drive next town to have a dinner with four children. Then breakfast: they advertise children stay free, but the breakfast was 19€ per child or adult. "
