"Everything was great except on checkout day, someone knocked and then proceeded to unlock the door. Im assuming it was housekeeping luckily we had the safety flap and they couldn’t get in, they should’ve said “housekeeping” at least. This was around 9am. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights the room was clean and had a great view. The furniture was a bit out dated but adorable. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There is alot of night life right around the hotel. The river walk is a must(some homeless around the river walk but no issues) would stay here again no doubt! The only down side is I have a large truck and it does not fit in the parking garage. Make sure you bring a car or small SUV. The staff was very accommodating in letting me park in the front of the parking garage."
