"Being a brand new hotel, I had some expectations, yet: room keys didn't open doors after hours as promised, ironing board in the room was broken, deadbolt on the room door doesn't line up with jamb so can't use deadbolt, thermostat on the wall is a placebo (there is an a/c and heat unit on the floor that worked ok), the toilet seat and lid aren't secure, and the breakfast was horrible unless you only want a bagel or yogurt. The breakfast makes Waffle House and 7-Eleven look like The French Laundry (three Michelin stars - https://thomaskeller.com/tfl/). Overall the hotel is clean. As far as I can tell, only one person works in the whole hotel at a time, so if they're not at the desk, you're going to wait and if you need something in your room, you're going to wait. And then, I had to check out a day early for changed plans, and they charged me a not small early departure fee. I have NEVER in all of my travels experienced that. I'm glad I stayed there so I know not to ever again as I come back to OKC with some regularity"

"Property was clean & quiet inside. be advised that there is a theater next door and it can get pretty loud outside when there is a show going on. Also, no fault of the property, there were kids zooming up and down the sidewalk on e-scooters who came close to hitting us a few times, one almost crashed the scooter coming around a corner while we were standing there. Also, the only onsite parking option is valet, at $22/night. only free parking is on street parking on the next block, if you can find any parking. "

"This is a great hotel in a great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Several places to eat in walking distance. We were there for an event at the river, and the walk was easy and nice! BUT! I cannot emphasize how loud the clubs and street noise are if you’re on the street side. We were on the 11th floor and it felt like we were in the clurb. Bring white noise and ear plugs!"

"the room was clean. The bathroom was clean and seemed renewed. The Y.V was old but worked good enough. WiFi was spotty at best. There was remodeling and construction going on in the facility. I was on the 3rd floor and i heard a lot of loud pounding noises at night i believed construction during the night. I left every morning, i assume construction was going on during the day as well. The morning breakfast was very good there was a nice variety to choose from. The staff was helpful and anything I requested they were prompt at providing. The lack of an exercise facility was a big disappointment. Also no vending machines was a big disappointment. Your facility is not in the best part of town. Also fix the ice vending machines only one worked in the whole facility"
