「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「Staff was great」

「一切都十分满意，就是有一点觉得房间空气/有点霉气，员工非常热情，地点十分便利」

「Liked how it was located between Palm beach and Eagle beach. Walkable each way. Dislikes: Room generally clean but I found an old contact lens on the floor in the bathroom One or the knives had breadcrumbs on it I booked my room to be ocean view and my view was the vacation center; basically resort view. You can only see peeks of the water from the sides. When i spoke with the front desk staff, they explained the entire resort is “ocean-view” and that there was no more availability to switch...

「We had a really good relaxing stay. Room was cleaned to perfection every day. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Only downside was Infinity Bar & Grill, Pool Bar & Seabreeze Bar & Restaurant didn't take cash & Included service charges but none of the others did, therefore we used Mulligans, Beach Bar & Windows more, where the staff were all amazing.」

「Beautiful property. My room felt spacious and was full of character. Very clean. Staff were very helpful at the bar and through the app — my questions were always answered promptly. Privada Stays is very close to the beach and nice restaurants. I will definitely stay here during my next trip.」

「Rooms were very clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel.」

「It was clean and near the beach.」

「Very pretty/ friendly/ spacious/ clean property. It’s not on the beach but they bus you back and forth. Walkable to great restaurants. The furniture is old in the rooms but functions well. Mattress was very good ( not old). The 2 pools and pool bar are very nice. Very good restaurant onsite. They opened a market/spa onsite. My husband and I had couples massages. I would recommend.」

「Lovely place. I will sure stay there again」
