「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「The property was in a nice location where you were close enough if you wanted to walk to the restaurants and shops. Loved the hotel offered bikes to ride we definitely took advantage of this to explore a bit. Rooms were spacious, clean and updated and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was beautiful too. Only downside was the private beach for the hotel was a bit rocky going into the water. Suggest aqua shoes.」

「Amazing views! Loved this resort, convenient to beach and pool. Restaurants on site were good. Deli was amazing. Towels are provided but went to exchange at 6 and they were closed (they say they close at 7). They also start putting away chairs as people leave beach and going down to watch sunset around 7 we couldn’t find a Chair, they were locked. We did not see drink or food service while on the beach. I think there were some activities like bingo but we never for information on anything hosted...

The flow of people in the lobby needs to be addressed The furniture in the rooms is severely old and outdated The Internet sucks and the cable goes in and out But the pool was nice in the atmosphere around the pool areas was very good」
