Perfect for Biz Trips

The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. If you just get in and out looking for a place to stay, this apartment is perfect. Once you step inside, the place felt secured and safe. There's a staff there near the entrance overnight. The room is very spacious, clean and modern. You have everything you need for your stay. Depending on your visiting purpose, this place could be great. Wouldn't stay there for a honeymoon though.

Loved the room & everything it provided. Only critiques would be parking availability, which is understood in the city, & the check-in process. But we would definitely stay here again.

The chicken was really easy and the room is very spacious. North Capitol and Truxton Circle is not the best area of town, but there’s not much that can be done about that.

Jordan is AWESOME! Customer service is amazing/ top tier. The neighborhood is a little scary at first glance. The room was adorable. The second bedroom needs a closet. All of the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The space was clean and easy to navigate, about a 7-minute walk from the Metro. Not the most charming neighborhood.

The apartment style was great. I had no issues with anything goes well. Kept up and clean. Staff was friendly as well. I would give it a 10 out of 10 if only the outside area wasn’t as sketchy, but no one had messed with us and they all kept her

This place was amazing! 8 minutes walking distance from a good and big grocery store. Kitchen provides everything you need, including even spatulas and measuring spoons. Also, the management provides a small bottle of dish soap, a sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 tide pods for the washer and a roll of paper towels - so don’t bring your own!

Centrally located place, with great bedding and very quiet throughout the day. The Wi-Fi and TV worked great. The linens and bathroom were very clean. The only downside is that there are few things to do around the property, and the liquor store around the corner attracts unwanted attention.

Excelente Lugar, solo que no puedes llegar antes por qué cobran, tiene que ser la hora señalada de chequeo. Pero te dan un lugar donde dejar tu cosas. Todo muy limpió y gente amable.

Check in was pretty smooth, the girls at the front desk are very helpful. There is a $250 USD incidental fee for the room and house keeping is only every 4th day of your stay but you can ask for extra towels if needed. As soon as I enter the room I loved the space. It’s very spacious for a studio apartment. It has a washer and dryer which I definitely made use of. It had a kitchen which was a nice touch as well as the bathroom was very spacious and clean. My only complaint would be the bath tub did get clogged towards the ending of the stay which I communicated with them via text message. The property has a text messaging system that can help you with any concerns/questions you need regarding your stay. The property is walking distance from a lot of local restaurants and stores. They also have scooters laid out in front of the property that you can rent to help you get around which is super fun. Last minute I decided to do a very late 3pm check out which the property offers for an additional $80 USD. Over all I enjoyed my stay and will be back.
