"Our room was disgusting... I had to wash walls to even be comfortable staying. Black hand prints on door trim and walls. Sticky cold tile floors. It stunk. We did bring pets, but we also paid a pet fee. You should not be give a discusting room, just because you have pets. We also booked this room because we wanted a hot tub. Again disappointed. They did have one, it was even clean, but it was freezing cold."

"This property is always well maintained. The room is spotless. And the breakfast is different each day and always a great start to your day. The location is convenient to highway and Zion without all the traffic in town. This is our third year staying here and will again next year."
