Well, I want to start on a good note, but honestly I do not have one. May be I should say that people on the phone were good listeners!! They did answer my phone calls! But, did they solve the problems? NO!
Background info: I had only booked this suite for 2 NIGHTS in Bethesda, Maryland, USA.
List of problem:
1. Pre-authorized for parking for 2 nights, but did not received it. They apologized for the first night and promised to give us parking the second night and failed to do so!
2. They charged us for parking after we returned home, even after calling them and asking them not to charge. It needed me to call them again to reverse the charge. They apologized and reversed it!!!
3. Once we walked into the apartment (2 bed) it looked really nice and we felt happy! But, then when we went to sleep, we found that our bed frame was broken. So, we called them the first night at 10 pm and lodged a complaint. They said an inspector will come to check and fix this next day. We put the mattress on the floor and slept that night.
4. Next morning, we found that the dining table frame was broken. Called again and complained and again they said they will add this to the inspector’s list to check.
5. Came back home hoping to see things fixed. But, NADA. Called them and was told that inspector came and found nothing was wrong with the bed!!! BIG LIE! Nothing was touched in the room. I had left little notes on the areas of problems, none of those appear to be touched.
