The pictures for the property are not accurate. As soon as you walk in you can see a difference in condition. There are so many dings, dents, and broken items you are worried what they might get you for after your stay. There was not enough towels or soap. The kitchen was poorly stocked. we also found a large staple in the bed in the middle of the night.

Please know that we have stated in the listing that we have multiple units on this property. The unit might not be exactly as pictured, but it has the same features and amenities. It's a self-service apartment, and we only provide a starter pack for supplies.

Close to Arlington Cemetery
Located in nice, clean neighborhood. Close to Arlington Cemetery, DC attractions, and Reagan Airport. Only downside is paid parking on weekdays 6 AM-4 PM.

The property was not as nice as I had expected. I loved the secure parking and the security of the building with key card required for entry and for use of the elevators, this made us feel very secure. I loved it's proximity to the Metro and the restaurants up the street on the way to back from the Metro. I was disappointed in seeing some bugs, specifically as we were on the 7th floor.

Family trip in Washington
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The communication was quite easy and the residence staff were very responsive. The flat itself was great, very spacious, beautifully arranged with modern look and furniture, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and the washing and drying machines came in handy since we stayed for 4 nights as a part of a long trip. We enjoyed so much our stay that we would definitely come back and use this residence when in the area.

Plenty of space for our family of four plus large dog. Extremely comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Very spacious and luxurious bathrooms. The living room sofa was the perfect bed for our daughter but it would work well for two adults if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dinning table sits 6 people. There is no furniture in the big balcony but you have a key fob that give you access to the roof top with a large outdoor space and pool. The views from there are incredible. We will def go back next time we visit our family in Dc.

One of the best properties I have ever stayed! Communication with the host is easy, they answered to all my queries. The property is excellent with a great location. Much better than a hotel. Comfortable and very convenient, walking distance to most destination. The apartment is clean and organize, beautifully updated with very nice furnishings, would definitely recommend it! <3

Great spot needs a little TLC
The overall layout, building amenities and location were absolutely perfect, check-in was a breeze and this was exactly what I needed for my trip. However, as a previous poster mentioned the carpet is FILTHY. Light carpet should never be used in a rental - stains/ huge bleach spots EVERYWHERE. Also, I don't know what happened in this place but every wall needs a fresh coat of paint from more scuffs than I can count. You can see where they tried to paint over a few spots, but the original paint is matte and the touch up is shiny. The master bath had a toilet that would run every 30 minutes (couldn't hear if you shut the door luckily) and the shower I couldn't get to switch over completely from the tub so I had to shower in the other bathroom. All not huge deals but worth noting.

I was disappointed because this apartment had a ton of potential and I liked the building amenities (beautiful rooftop views and a nice gym), new kitchen and floor to ceiling windows. But, the carpets were covered in stains that I have to believe were from pets because my allergies were really bad while I stayed there - and the walls were filthy. The hallways smelled like trash. I wanted to check out again as soon as I walked in. Too bad, would have really liked to have an alternative to staying in hotels when I come to work in the area. Would reconsider if the apartments had tile or wood floors and fresh paint. Not worth the 4-star hotel prices I paid to stay.

Pleasant Stay

Perfect for our DC trip!!
This gave our party of five plenty of room with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and a washer and dryer! We definitely used the washer and dryer and came home with very few dirty clothes. Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and the Metro. We took the Metro everywhere- this apartment was one Metro stop from Reagan National Airport, and the Metro stop was a few minutes walk away. Price was less than staying in the city and we got way more room! Concierge was great and let us leave our luggage there on the last day until we headed to the airport. The building also had a pool and gym but we didn’t use those.

Good location, less than comfy
Beds were rock hard and the temperature control in the unit was not very good (always hot). Kitchen and bathrooms were great, and area is convenient. Roughly a 2-3 block, ~5 minute walk to the transit station. GREAT on-site gym.

Fantastic accommodations. Excellent, safe location right by many shops and restaurants. Across the street from a Capital Bike Share location...super fun to ride bikes along the Mt Vernon trail into downtown DC....and a block from the metro. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, nice, modern feel. We went to the awesome 20th floor rooftop balcony to grill up some burgers, watching planes take off and land at the nearby Ronald Reagan Airport, and watched the sun set. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was very nice and local area was great. Only complaint is every night from late until about 2 am very loud industrial noise from below. I could never figure out the exact cause.

Great Washington Apartment
The apartment is very well appointed. The only thing is the 2nd bedroom does not have a door and is open to the hallway, which is quite odd. The apartment is located next to a shopping mall and wine shop and is quite convenient to the Metro. If you need to be in Crystal City or near the Pentagon then this is ideal.

Great accommodations in a great location
We had a small family reunion in DC and needed to be close to Arlington cemetery, Arlington, Georgetown, Bethesda. And since we only had one car, we needed to close to public transportation. This place fit the bill! I loved the ultra modern architecture of the building and the apartment itself. It was very comfortable and clean.

地下鉄の駅にも高い好立地なアパートメント
家族3人と犬を連れて車で行きました。美術館には歩いて4分程の地下鉄を使いました。 近所にはレストランもあり、車で10分程でwhoolfoodsがあったので自炊も可能です。 写真そのままのお部屋でした。住人の人達もフレンドリーで楽しい思い出が出来ました。 次回もここを利用します。
