「The hotel is in very poor condition. There is no closet in the room. It definitely shouldn't be on your website with a 4.6 rating. We didn't stay there. As soon as we saw the condition of the hotel, we cancelled.」

「There wasn't a trash can in the room. Mini fridge in the room no microwave to warm up your food.」

「The room and bathroom were clean. The room was spacious. Water pressure and temperature was great. Mattress was comfortable but the bed platform made a loud metal rumbling noise every time we got out of bed, not great for light sleepers. Check in took a long time because they had a new system that the night clerk hadn’t been trained on very well.
