「Help!! We didn’t stay at this property due to the property stating it was lakefront and marina. The property was in complete disrepair condition. Junk cars, high weeds, room smelled of smoke. I would request a refund.」

「Doug, the host, was very kind and hospitable. He answered all my questions about the property and came by to fix the temperature in the shower when it was off. This tiny cabin was very cute and comfortable with everything I needed! Doug even left fresh fruit and veggies from his garden for me to enjoy. I unfortunately could not completely enjoy the property and firepit as I was in Vermont on a work trip but I want to go back soon and book this adorable cabin to stay.」

「Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.」

「First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when...

「Great place to stay near Ticonderoga NY」

「The Modern Studio was everything that was pictured and more! The hosts were very accommodating, gracious and everything was spotlessly clean. The house is on a wooded lot and the private studio apt is attached to the home. The landscaping is beautiful! We actually had a hummingbird visitor outside the window box that was full of flowers. Check in was very easy. My husband especially liked not having to drive in bumper to bumper traffic once we got off the highway. You can drive into town for...

「Tremendously happy with the property. The stay was fantastic the communication with the host was efficient not too many messages but full of useful information and timely communication. Questions were addressed quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to return and stay there again.」

「The property is low cost in a nice area of Peru seconds from Bromley Mtn. BUT the property needs some serious updating -No AC. The host was more than accomodating. 」

「Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable with gorgeous views. This apartment is nestled in a quiet dead end street in close proximity to SPAC. Well equipped with all of the essentials one would need. The home is very inviting and the price is right. We enjoyed our stay and would return again over any hotel in the area. 」

「The host family is there on the property. So check in was seamless. Problems could be addressed and rectified immediately. The two bedroom apartment was very reasonably priced compared to others in the immediate area. The unit had plenty of parking and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. I recommend the Copper Grouse 2 minutes away by car The kitchen is small. Dated but charming decor. Well equipped with modern stove. Microwave. Very spotless refrigerator and coffee maker...
